Cross the Siroua mountains and the village of Taznakhte in the Anti-Atlas. Follow off-road trails that traverse the grand desert of Southern Morocco, pass by the Iriqui Lake, and continue along sandy, off-road paths to the grand dunes of Chegaga. Spend a night under a Berber tent in the desert.
Drive through the hamadas and the oases to arrive to the last village of the Drâa Valley, where we will rejoin the main road. Continue on to the village of Tagounite, passing through palm plantations along the way. Visit the Koranic Library in Tamegroute before arriving in Zagora, home of the evocative “Timbuktu: 52 days by camel” sign. Spend the night in Zagora.
Head towards the Todra Gorge. Drive through the Drâa Valley until Tansikhte and continue on to the village of N’kob, afterwards taking a road crossing the Saghro Mountains by way of the Tazazert Pass. Continue on to the oasis town of Tinghir, and spend the night at a hotel in the Todra Gorge.
Visit the beautiful Todra Gorge. Afterwards head to Ouarzazate while passing by the Dades Gorge and driving through the Valley of the Roses. On the way to Ouarzazate visit the stunning 17th century Amerhidil Kasbah in Skoura. Tours ends upon return to Ouarzazate.
