Itinerary 7 Days Imperial Cities Tour

Day 1 : Casablanca.

Arrive at Casablanca Airport where you will be welcomed by your driver guide who will you towards your accommodation.

Day 2 : Casablanca - Rabat - Volubilis - Fes.

After breakfast drive to visit one of the best highlights of Casablanca: The Hassan II mosque. Then departure to the imperial city of Rabat, administrative capital of the Kingdom. Visit Mechouar (ramparts and walls surrounding the Royal Palace), the OuDecas Kasbah and the magnificent Mausoleum of Mohammed V and Hassan II.

After lunch in Rabat heading to Meknes. Visit of the Medina, also surrounded by ramparts. Visit the Jewish quarter and the Roman ruins of Volubilis. Accommodation at the hotel/riad in Fes.

Day 3 : Fes – Fes.

The whole day dedicated to visit the city of Fes (Fez), the oldest imperial city in Morocco founded in the eight century by Moulay Idriss II.

This guided tour of Fes will start by visiting the old Medina a UNESCO world Heritage site and explore the medina’s narrow streets lined with local shops and stalls. This exploration of cultural and historical sightseeing of the old Medina include Bou Inania Madrasa, Al-Attarine Madrasa, Ennajarine Fountain, Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss and Al-Qarawiyyine university - the oldest continually operating university in the world.

After lunch in a local restaurant experience the panoramic view of the whole Medina of Fes before take a short visit of the new part “Fez Al-Jdid”. Check-in at the hotel/riad in the evening.

Day 4 :Fes - Azrou - Beni Mellal - Ouzoud Waterfalls.

After breakfast departure to the town of Beni Mellal through Azrou and Ifran and the middle Atlas Mountains.

During the journey through the cedar forests you will watch the monkeys of macaques and of Gibraltar. Late afternoon drive to Ouzoud via Beni Mellal.

Day 5 : Ouzoud Waterfalls - Marrakkech.

After breakfast in your accommodation start your day by visiting the highest (110m) and the most beautiful waterfalls in Morocco and enjoy a variety activities offered in the sight such as trekking along the river of El Abid, take a part time into the olive tress and/or take boat ride on the bottom of the falls. Lunch in a local restaurant and relaxing in a tent to enjoy the landscape of the area.

At 2.30pm drive to Marrakech through the middle Atlas Mountains and a numerous of small village. Overnight at Riad.

Day 6 : Marrakech Guided Tour.

After breakfast, the group will enjoy a guided tour of Marrakech, the southern pearl of Morocco. You will discover the Bahia and Badi Palaces, Saadían Tombs, Menara basin and many other hidden treasures. Lunch will be at one of the finest traditional restaurants in Marrakech.

After lunch, tour to the magnificent Koutoubia Mosque and the famous market square Djemaa el Fna, well worth a visit, as one of the centre attractions of Marrakech, which comes alive at night with local storytellers, snake enchanters, entertainers... and mouth-watering barbecues.

Day 7 : Transfer To Airport.

Transfer to Marrakech or Casablanca Airport.
